Dear Alan.. Greetings from Malaysia. My name is Zarita and i have subscribed to netpicks 2weeks free trial on 12 January 2009. I discontinued the service on 21 January 2009 due to other commitments that hindered me from trading. I have emailed to netpicks for cancellation so that they wont charge my credit card, but they did. I was instructed to email them before 26 January 2009 if i decided to discontinue the service and i did email them on 21 January 2009. My current credit card bill has the USD197 charged. Please help me Alan. I’ve contacted netpicks support but no reply. I’ve no one else to turn to.. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

Hi Zarita. I’m sorry to hear about that. I really wish I knew someone on the inside of netpicks, but unfortunately I don’t so I’m not sure what I can do for you other than to suggest that you not give up and try to contact them again.
